Please read and follow these guidelines before creating affiliate content. Any piece of content that you create will be reviewed against these guidelines, failing which they will be flagged.
Ensure that the logos used are the latest. If you are unsure, check with your affiliate manager.
You can read the content on the website to get an understanding of the product, but DO NOT copy or repurpose the website content.
Before creating content, ensure that you attend a demo with a sales engineer from SurveySparrow or go through the appropriate product enablement material. Contact your affiliate manager if you need assistance with this.
When introducing SurveySparrow, do not call it a survey tool, call it a customer experience management platform. If you’re describing the use cases or business needs that SurveySparrow solves, keep it focused on customer experience only.
Do not copy any of SurveySparrow’s blogs, create original content. Content duplication affects our SEO efforts.
If you are creating blogs, don’t stuff keywords to manipulate rankings.
Don’t spread your affiliate links across spammy domains, since that affects our spam score.
If your content only focuses on the survey module of the product - introduce it as one of the several ways in which SurveySparrow helps improve CX, so that people do not associate SurveySparrow with just surveys.
If you are creating content about SurveySparrow specifically, do not mention that our platform can be used to improve employee engagement. We have another product called ThriveSparrow which solves this. Also, do not mention 360 assessments as a feature of the SurveySparrow platform - it is a core feature of ThriveSparrow.
It is mandatory to add product screenshots/footage in your content. If you are talking about a specific feature, add the exact screenshots/footage. If you are not able to access a particular feature, talk to your affiliate manager.
When you are exploring the product, try to imagine yourself in the shoes of a customer who would use it for their business/work projects. So, make sure that whatever you create in the product (questions, surveys, dashboards etc) looks professional.
Always use product screenshots/footage from the latest version of the product. Do not use visuals from previous versions of the product. Do not use visuals from the website or YouTube videos or other pieces of content online.
Outside the introductory part of your content, do not show screenshots or footage of the SurveySparrow website as a substitute for product screenshots/footage.
Minimize usage of stock videos and photos in your content.
Whether or not you decide to explain our complete pricing model in your content, always mention the following:
SurveySparrow’s plans start from $19 a month billed yearly
SurveySparrow offers a free 14 day trial of all of its features
SurveySparrow also has a lifetime free plan
Even if you only choose to focus on our surveys in your content, mention our ticket management and reputation management modules, at least briefly. These modules are connected with the surveys and help users act on customer feedback.
When talking about any specific module, introduce it as a part of SurveySparrow’s overall platform and state what it achieves (broadly).
